2026 Fun Run Entry Fees

Support the community - get involved!

Run, walk or stroll your way around this fun run to raise funds that will support the fantastic work of KYDS Youth Counselling, Hornsby Ku-ring-gai Women's Shelter, and Mentoring Men. It continues to be a great community event with a 30-year history, so join in yourself, your team and/or the family and enjoy the day.

By registering early, you can ensure that the bib mailout will arrive at your home on time.

For all others Bib pickup will be at Roseville Oval, 60A Clanville Rd, Roseville 2069 at the pavilion building, near the tennis courts. Pickup dates and times are:
- Fri 22nd May - 2pm to 6pm
- Saturday 23rd May - 12pm to 6pm

We strongly encourage you to take advantage of the Bib pickup times in the days before the event.  This will enable runners to arrive at the Roseville Oval "ready to start", with no queues to stand in.

However, if you need to collect on the morning of the event, please plan to arrive early.  Bib Pick up for your event will finish 1 hour prior to the start of that race.  So, please make sure you arrive early so that you don't miss out.  

As a community event we encourage participation by families, Mum, Dad, youth, children and grandparents. If you are entering a family make sure to choose “Family” in the registration system for the first person entered. As you add further family members, the system will default to “Family”. You may enter up to six related members in a single family for the one family entry fee.
People mis-using the "Family" registration, for a group of unrelated friends, will be disqualified.

All entries received after 20th March will be subject to an increase in the Entry Fee of $5 for individuals and $15 for families.
To assist the organisers with planning for the event and the logistics of the day, you are asked to please register online well before the event. Successful online registrations will be immediately acknowledged by e-mail and registration details and receipts can be printed online. The online registration facility will normally remain available until 24 hours before start time but registrations may be closed earlier depending on the total numbers of entrants registering for the event.

Electronically chipped bibs will be mailed out for those who elect to register and pay the mailout fee on or before 16th April 2026.
